Terms and Conditions – Variegated Plants

Please read before placing your order. By purchasing from us you agree to the terms below.

1. Sales Policy

All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after the order is placed. No exceptions.

We do not hold plants unless payment has been received. We handle multiple customer requests at the same time and stock changes constantly. The first customer to pay gets the plant.

2. Plant Condition

    2.1 Browning and Burning

Variegated plants are more sensitive than regular green plants. The variegated parts of the leaf lack chlorophyll, which makes them more prone to browning and burning. This is the nature of variegated plants — not a defect.

Customers must understand this before placing an order. In rare cases, some minor damage may occur during transit. This does not affect the plant’s ability to survive and grow, and is not eligible for a claim.

    2.2 Leaf Trimming Before Shipping

Our staff inspects every plant before it is packed. If we notice any browning or damage on the leaves, we may trim the affected areas before shipping. We only do minor touch-ups — nothing that changes the overall appearance of the plant.

    2.3 Roots

Different varieties have different root systems. Some plants will have more roots, some will have less. What we can guarantee is that every plant has an active, established root system. We do not sell fresh cuttings. Every plant has been grown for a minimum of 2 months before shipping to ensure the roots are stable and developed.

    2.4 Plant Size

Plants are natural products. Size varies from variety to variety and even within the same variety. We do our best to deliver consistent, standard sizes. For Monstera, we indicate size by number of leaves — for example, 3–5 leaves per plant. Some variation is normal and expected.

    2.5 Photo Accuracy

All photos on our website and catalog are for reference only. Variegation patterns, leaf color, and plant size vary from plant to plant. The plant you receive may look different from the photo. This is the nature of variegated plants and is not grounds for a claim or dispute.

    2.6 Condition After Arrival

Plants are in transit for 7 days or more depending on the destination. When you open the box, the plants may look wilted, dry, or not fresh. This is normal. Do not be alarmed.

We have tested our packing extensively — most plants can survive up to 14 days in transit. As soon as the box arrives, pot the plants up and let them acclimate for 5–7 days. They will recover.

3. Compensation for Damaged Plants

We take damaged plant reports seriously. Here is how the process works:

    3.1 How to Report

If you receive a plant in severe condition — broken stem, complete rot — you must send us clear photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted and we will not take any responsibility.

    3.2 How We Handle It

We will review the photos within 48 hours. If the damage is confirmed to be severe and occurred during transit, we will issue a store credit to your account with us.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacement shipments under any circumstance.

    3.3 Final Decision

Our judgment on all damage claims is final.

Note: These terms apply to variegated plant orders only. For other product categories please refer to the relevant terms page.
