Bolbitis

Bolbitis is a genus of ferns or water fern.  They are 2 specific members of the genus are typically grown as immersed water plants in aquaria, Bolbitis heudelotii, and Bolbitis heteroclita. Bolbitis heudelotii, the African water fern, normally grows submerged in its native habitat, while Bolbitis heteroclita normally grows on the margin of water bodies, however also will grow submerged.
