TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE
 

1. Price: All prices are quoted in US$ FOB Bangkok (excluding packing, cargos, and export documentation costs).

2. Freight Charge: Basically, cargos charges are based on the actual charges from airline and forwarder , which we will not consider this charge as our profit.

3. Packing:
    3.1 Packing Charge: US$ 9 per box for plastic bag, poly box and corrugated cardboard box.
Box size1: 61cm x 46cm x 33cm (W x Lx H) ++ for Aquatic plant ++
Box size 2 : 50cm x 120 cm x 20cm (W x Lx H) ++ for lucky bamboo ++
Box size 3 : 50cm x 100 cm x 40cm (W x Lx H) ++ for lucky bamboo ++
Box size 4: 50cm x 120 cm x 40cm (W x Lx H) ++ for lucky bamboo ++

   3.2 Gross Weight : The gross weight per box is approximately 17 kg ( Box size 1) 20 kg ( Box size 2), 33 kg( Box size 3) 40kg( Box size 4) varied to its contents.
   3.3 Documentations and Handing Charge, Air Waybill Fee, Terminal Charges, Transportations, Custom Clearance, and etc. is US$ 90 per Shipment.
   3.4 All certificates charge 30$/shipment ( Certificate of origin, Phytosanitary Certificate or CITES )
   3.5 IF NEED Special declaration / Plant guarantee certificate for importation plants to EU zone has charge 70$/paper. This certificate may not require in some city, it's vary to regulation on the import permit is given.

4. Minimum Order : The minimum order per one shipment is 3 boxes or value 700$US.


5. Terms of Payment:
   5.1 Advance payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) remitance to Bank Accont
(Payments of New Customers must be paid in advance 100% (deposit) according to our proforma invoice as requested from consignee)
   5.2 Pay with Paypal for retail order, Charge 4.5% of total amount according to a proforma invoice


6. Delivery of Consignment:
The shipment will be made within 7 days upon receiving the payment in advance or receiving cleared payment by Paypal. The shipment
date is subject to the availability of flight schedules and availability of some plant species.

7. Guarantee and Claims:

   - Shipping through Air freight : There will be no refund. If the shipment is found dead plants upon arrival or rottenness, please contact us within 48 hours and approve with cleared pictures, then we will give new plants 50% replace dead plants on the next order (not cover cost of shipping, packing charges). If not, we can not take any responsibility.
  
 
   - Shipping through FedEx / Airmail : Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. There will be no refund if your product is rejected and returned by Customs or Plant quarantine inspection. Any lost is noted (between Shipper and Buyer) will be applied as your credit using on the next order.


8. Important Document Providing :
Normally we will provide these important documents with the shipment:
- Invoice,
- Packing List,
- Airway bill,
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand) for Plants/ The paper work for importation plants to EU zone.
- and/or CITES Certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
