	Ordering process 1. First contract, Please provide us your complete name, company name , address, telephone number,fax number and your arrival airport destination for the shipment, please fill up your information in form as below. 2. After I received your information. I will send aquatic plants price list to you by email. 3. Please selected  aquatic plants as you want and place order by email or fax. 4. We will send you a profoma invoice to confirm your order. 5. You make payment. Currently we accept SWIFT. 6. Plants are inspected by Department of Agriculture of Thailand. This will take about 1-2 business days. 7. Phytosanitary Certificates is issued. 8. Plants depart Bangkok by air. We fax you a copy of the air waybill to confirm that your plants are onboard the flight and that the flight has departed on schedule. 9. Your shipment 's flight arrives your city. 10. Go to clearings or customs and claim your products. Quality of Plants      Every plants are sent finest,clean and fresh as international standard. Price      All prices can be found in our price list. Prices are FOB Bangkok and quoted in US dollars and cents. Packing Details       All plants are packing in plastic bag, and placed in polystyrene-foam box and followed with corrugate box. The dimension of the boxes are 62 x 47 x 33 cm. (About 24.4 x 18.5 x 12.9 inch)    + see our packing + Phytosanitary Certificates      All shipments are accompanied with phytosanitary Certificates from The Department of Agriculture of Thailand. Guarantee & Claim :       The guarantee and claims are strictly valid within 24 hours after receiving the plants. Upon discovering DOAs. If your plants do not arrive alive or if they die within 24 hours after receiving them at the airport, we will replace them for free.       We will replace the dead plants on your next order. Please report back to us with proves within 24 hours after the receipt of the plants. Our guarantee does not cover the cost of shipping or applicable packing charge.
